Getting Here

You will probably need a car; it can be done by public transport, but not easily. There is ample parking space on the private driveway.

The Gardener’s Cottage is at the end of a foot and cycle path which forms part of the Fife Coastal Tourist Route. It is around 15 minutes walk to the village of Torryburn, where the nearest bus stop is.

The nearest train station is in Rosyth, around 15 minutes by car.

I will supply full directions, preferably by email, when booking is confirmed.

Rates and Availability

The rooms are available to book all the year round.

Single occupancy £50.- per night; double occupancy £90.- per night.

Payment by cash or bank transfer. I will accept cheques provided there is enough time before arrival for them to clear.

Disabled Access

This is possible with some restrictions. The main drive is gravel, as are some garden paths, which also slope – wheelchair users would need a helper. There is a ramp with a handrail to the main entrance door, but it does have a small step at the top, and a threshold at the bottom. The kitchen/dining room is on the ground floor, as is the twin room. I would be happy to assist as much as possible.
